Do not send SPAM! Both you and Kwikwap (and all it's clients) can be Blacklisted. If you do send SPAM from this platform, your website can be terminated without notice. If your domain is blacklisted, your clients might never again receive emails from you!

What is Spam?

Spam is a generic term that refers to the act of indiscriminately sending unsolicited, unwanted, irrelevant or inappropriate messages, in bulk, via email. These are usually advertisements or promotions sent in bulk to the email addresses of people who have not requested this information.

Unsolicited means that the Recipient has not granted verifiable permission for the message to be sent.
(Unsolicited Email not sent in bulk is normal email, e.g. first contact enquiries, job enquiries, sales enquiries, etc.)

Bulk means that the message is sent as part of a larger collection of messages, all having substantively identical content.
(Bulk Email can be normal email, e.g. subscriber newsletters, discussion lists, information lists, etc.)

A message is Spam only if it is both Unsolicited and Bulk.
If the recipient has agreed to receive the email, it is NOT considered spam.

Note: Advertising messages sent as part of a so-called "opt-in mailing" list can still be classified as spam if they are received before a verifiable confirmation of the opt-in, sent by the true owner of that email address, has been received by the management of that mailing list. In addition, if the opt-in confirmation request also appears to be
